This apparatus is the most commonly used type for determining the color fastness to rubbing in Japan. It employs the Ⅱ type friction testing machine of Test Methods for Colour Fastness to Rubbing (JIS L0849). Mainly used for the evaluation and judgement of dyeing fibre rubbing fastness. According to the exchange use of various optional accessories, it conforms to many testing methods.
